We are a community of faith that cares, seeking to speak, share, and show the love of God and God’s plan through us. All are welcome to our community!

About us: we are a community church functioning as a community partner. We have a visual presence in the community with an annual Fish Fry and a Soup and Sandwich lunch. The Spirit Committee team participates in the community Fall Fair, Rock the Farm. The Mission and Outreach committee through their The Good Neighbour Project team supports the Walden Food Bank by providing 100 homecooked meals for clients each month. They also service refreshments and snacks to clients every Thursday when the Food Bank is open. The Trinity International Mission Trip resumes in 2024.
A local theatre production group uses our space periodically to provide entertainment for the community.
We provide space for Tai Chi classes on Thursday, and for AA meeting on Monday for a Ukulele group on Wednesday evenings and in addition wedding and funeral services for the people in the community.
To support our senior neighbors, there is a at 10 a.m. chapel service with communion services on the second Wednesday of the month (except July and August) at Meadowbrook Retirement home The participants are reminded of the worship with a poster two days before.
For spiritual nurture and growth, in worship, once a month, there is the Minute for Mission to hear/watch a video a particular mission program or United Church of Canada Vision.
There is children’s time on Sunday. In Advent and Lent season, leadership is provided from the congregation.
In special season of Advent and Lent, the worship team prepares Longest Night Liturgy in order to remember the beloved family and friends, and also a Hymn Sing on a Sunday evening once a year. In the past, there has been a Wednesday evening prayer services and a Bible Study.
Each year we have an Advent Theme. This past year, Sunday worshippers wrote a prayers, a concerns, or a message of thank on ornaments and place it on Christmas tree in the beginning of worship.
After worship, we have coffee hour. This is a time to make connections and sharing conversation.
We have several committees that look after property, finances, organize worship services, engage with our employees as well as visitations to members needing pastoral care.
